U kunt uw gegevens op drie manieren laten verwijderen:
Stuur een e-mail naar remove.belgium@infobel.com. Het e-mailadres moet minstens de naam en/of voornaam van de aanvrager van de uitschrijving vermelden (geen anonieme e-mail).
De aanvraag voor de verwijdering kan via fax op het volgende nummer +32 2-379.29.88. Ze moet worden vergezeld van een kopie van een identiteitsdocument van de persoon die de verwijdering vraagt.
De aanvraag voor de verwijdering kan per gewone brief, gericht aan de redacteur van de database (zie hieronder), samen met een kopie van een identiteitsdocument. De aanvragen van rechtspersonen moeten bovendien vergezeld zijn van een machtiging voor de vertegenwoordiging van de fysieke persoon die de aanvraag instuurt.

Les Assises de la Division Française de l'Académie Internationale de Pathologie ont lieu cette année à Lille, les 20 et 21 mai;
elles sont organisées par le Pr M-C Copin.
Le programme prévisionnel prévoit pour le jeudi 20 mai: la réunion des
divers clubs et un atelier médicotechnique, ouvert aux médecins et
techniciens, sur les structures d'Anatomie et de Cytologie
Pathologiques de demain : regroupements, nouveaux métiers,
automatisation . Le matin du vendredi 21 mai sera consacré à un
symposium sur l' actualité en pathologie hépatique, et l'après-midi du
même jour à un histoséminaire sur les difficultés diagnostiques
courantes en pathologie pleurale
La proximité de la Belgique et de Lille nous semble une opportunité
pour renforcer les liens entre les pathologistes belges et français.
